LEA’s residential workshops are aimed at artists and creatives, freelancers, professionals, students and enthusiasts. For more information, go to the section of our residential workshops.
Participants in the LEA residential workshops will be hosted at the CONvictus
Yes, the price includes the Workshop, accommodation and all meals at the CONvictUS.
Of course! We can help you find solutions to still enjoy Lucca and its treasures.
The COINvictUS, however, is entirely reserved for residential workshops and will not accommodate other people than registered participants.
During the workshop will be offered theoretical lessons and practical exercises. It is necessary to have a PC, tablet, photographic equipment and USB stick. Inside the CONvictUS there will be a wifi connection. You can get more information about the equipment required by going to the specific page of each residential workshop.
To apply as a LEA teacher, please send a CV to info@luccaexperientia.it with a presentation, some biographical hints, your motivations and a small portfolio. We will consider your application.

It’s simple. Go to the Workshop page, choose the one you are interested in and follow the instructions to sign up! To register, go to the “My Account” page and create your personal account.
If the workshop you want to subscribe to is fully booked, write to info@luccaexperientia.it specifying the title of the workshop, the date and the artist you have chosen. We will reply as soon as possible to inform you of the progress of your request.

By accessing the User Area with your login details, you can change your details from the “Settings” section by clicking on “Profile”.
Orders and payments
Of course! It is possible to register for several workshops on different dates.
It is also possible to register multiple participants in the same residential workshop, if you want to be accompanied by friends, colleagues or enthusiasts. In this case we will propose favorable rates.
No, the price includes workshop, accommodation and all meals at CONvictUS.
The trip to/from CONvictUS, as well as the trips in free time are at the expense of the participants, with the exception of those offered by LEA as part of the excursions and events planned.
Residential workshops can be purchased by online payment by credit card or by bank transfer. In any case, the registration is completely online and must be done from the site luccaexperientia.it
At the time of registration you must pay a deposit of 50% of the participation fee. Within the next 30 days you can pay the remaining 50%, obtaining a 10% discount on the entire participation fee.
The balance must be paid at least 15 days before the start of the workshop.
The invoice will be issued once the balance is received and delivered within 10 days before the start of the residential workshop.
